Nrityabhakti Foundation is my second home.Our dearest Sai Paranjape Tai is as much our friend as our Guru which only makes the whole learning process easier and more enjoyable. It has given me tremendous opportunities, great exposure and a variety of experiences that has only helped me grow in the field of dance as well as in life.
Completed 25 years ,Nrityabhakti Foundation today is a well-known Classical Bharatnatyam training academy. The dancing school follows the gandharwa mahavidyalay Syllabus. Sai Paranjape, director of trust is well known bharatnatyam dancer and performer. She has been disciple of Dr.Sucheta Bhide Chaphekar, renowned classical Bharatnatyam exponent. The school is well known for spotting young talents and nurturing them into professional performing artistes. At present over 75 students have been undergoing training here. The student in the regular classes are taught as many technical element as necessary for a particular item they are going to perform. One of the distinct features of Sai Paranjape's teaching method is the creation of intensive learning environment where the students can clearly interact, meditate encourage and discipline each other, discovering their individual interpretations and performing styles instead of blindly copying some ”standard” dancers movement and manners.
